Bethany + Brett | Engaged and Wedded!

Wow. So I was blessed to be able to capture a lot of special moments for this awesome couple. I did Bethany and Brett's engagement portraits, Bethany's bridal portraits, and captured their wedding day. Before introducing the end result, let me first introduce both of them. Brett is a fish-a-holic. He eats, breathes, and dreams of fishing. No seriously. He has a poles and a tackle-box in the bed of his truck ready to deploy at a moments notice (and does it frequently). Bethany enjoys the sport as well, but not quite like Brett. Bethany and Brett have very similar personalities and upbringings. They share the same sense of humor and compliment each other nicely.

Bethany and Brett first met in January of 2015 in the Academy Sports checkout line. Due to a card machine messing up at the front of the line, they were stuck and left talking to each other about how ridiculous the situation was and how it took so many people to determine the problem. After checking out they both went to their vehicles to discover they had parked next to each other. Due to the fishing decals on Brett's vehicle the conversation quickly jumped to fishing, and the stories began. After a long conversation and phone numbers swapped, they continued their relationship and fell in love! And well, the rest is as they say, History!
